Payment Methods

Orders may be placed on our secure site with payment being made by either Visa, Bankcard or Mastercard.

If using these methods you may either pay by credit card, New Zealand personal, business or bank cheque or money order. Your order will be processed upon receipt of your payment. There is a $10 service fee for returned cheques. Please make the cheques payable to First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand.

Shipping Policy

All orders placed in New Zealand incur a flat rate of $7.00 postage and handling and the goods are sent via courier to a street address or by New Zealand Post to a P.O. Box or rural address. Our aim is to process your order as soon as possible, however delays may occur so please allow 7-10 working days for delivery. You will receive an email order confirmation and order number and will be able to track the status of your order online.

International Orders
Your order will leave our office within 3-7 days of receipt and be sent International airmail via New Zealand post. Please allow a further two to three weeks for delivery. please note that any customs clearance, taxes and/or any duty incurred upon arrival are your responsibility. First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand cannot accept responsibility or liability for goods lost in transit outside of New Zealand.

Returned Merchandise and Refund Policy

At First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand we pride ourselves in offering you a quality service on all levels. Our essences are taonga – treasures and are packed with extra care. However, in the event of damaged or faulty products, or incorrect products being packed, we are happy to replace the goods at no extra charge. Please choose your items carefully as we do not refund or replace products for incorrect orders being processed.

Cancellation Policy

If withdrawal from a course is made up to 7 days before a course is due to commence, a refund of course fees will be made, less a 20% administration charge. 

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a course commences will result in a 75% administration and cancellation fee.

First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand endeavours to meet its commitment to provide listed courses.  However, if a course is cancelled by First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand a full refund of course fees will be made.
