Suggested ways to select your personal blend:

1. By reading through the descriptions found in the Essences section of this website or the book The Sacred Plant Medicine of Aotearoa: Volumes One. Be logical or intuitive in your selection.

2. Try our Flower Essence keyword selector. 
Select a keyword from the "Positive qualities I wish to enhance" column or the "Negative expressions I wish to change", and the matching essences will appear for you. You can then choose which you would like to include in your Self Selected treatment bottle

A unique combination of First Light Flower Essences of New Zealand will be personally made up for you in a 25ml bottle based on the information you provide.
