Matata is the essence for the writer, traveller, teacher, lecturer, student.  Helps to actively engage with life and to be open to different ways of listening and communicating.  Useful for those learning a new language.  Helpful if you are having difficulty communicating with another or feel as if ‘you don’t talk the same language’.  Helps gifted children or those whose educational needs are not met by conventional forms of learning.  For children who have experienced learning disruptions or are rebellious and obstinate.  Use for headaches where the head feels full and bursting and the eyes hurt.  Helpful for those who can’t sleep due to a busy mind.
