By reading descriptions found in the First Light Flower Essences books; The Sacred Plant Medicine of Aotearoa: Volumes One and Two, or through this website under the Collections and seeing which essences resonate with you and most accurately reflect your situation.   Choose up to eight essences.

Alternatively, you can use the First Light Flower Essence cards.  Sit in a quiet space, think about what it is you want to address or merely “what I will benefit most from addressing right now” as you shuffle the cards and choose up to eight.  If one just falls out, then include that card.  Make a note of the numbers and names.

Your essence will be made up in a 25ml bottle and sent to you.  One bottle will last up to one month taking 2-4 drops, 3-4 times a day.  As it can take up to eight weeks to change a habit or an attitude, we recommend you purchase two bottles.
