A Diet That Is Right For Your Body

In my practice as a Naturopath, I get asked countless times by clients questions such as "what should I eat?", "should I eat this?", "what do you think of such-and-such”, and “is it good for me?"
Encouraging people to tune in to what their body truly wants and needs to function well, and learning to listen to their inner promptings is essential for an individual’s optimal health and wellbeing.

Plant essence No. 68 Puriri is one essence that can help people to do this. Puriri gifts us the qualities of discernment and discrimination - being able to know what we need for our own wellbeing, to make decisions based on what is right for us as individuals, and to not be swayed by others beliefs, opinions, and ideas. This can be a difficult process at times, given the overwhelming amount of information that exists regarding what we “should” and “shouldn’t” be eating/drinking etc.

Flower essence No. 5 Native Passionfruit is another great essence to use when people struggle with weight or eating imbalances, are prone to food binges or overindulging, or find it hard sticking to a healthy eating regime. Native Passionfruit helps us to feel secure and at ease with our physicality and be attuned to our physical needs and to know when we’ve had enough (e.g. food and drink).
